Racers started the day off at Yankee Stadium. thirty (30) racers, 3 out of towners, big streets, strong winds…Nemo did not disappoint to put racers up to the test to conquer the Bronx. In a truly heartbreaking outcome, hector pulled up to the finish first, but correcting a mistake cost him first place. lalo took the win for the Bronx, keeping him on top of the Borolympics leaderboard! The BX boi toni, pulled up shortly after to take third. amelia, finished 7th overall, and took first place WTF. anna, continues to climb up the leaderboard, taking 2nd place for WTF. We can’t forget the BX local Melissa, taking 3rd WTF. coco takes 1st NB for the Bronx. Salute to the beast tony, for riding down from Providence, RI to take one of the tyrant bike frames home and winning first Out of Town. The timed section of the race was a sprint from the final checkpoint to the finish which was taken by toni, with frannco close behind. pipa came to the end asking if he could win a lock, he was told he had to win quick lock and did exactly that 💪🏾.
