Shout out to the woman behind the manifest, gabby, for holding down reg, making sure the chelas were flowing at the BBQ, and hooking up our first place category winners with amazing gear from arcteryx! The local, lalo was on a mission to win, but dane came in hot right out the gate. Racers did a sprint at the velodrome rather than a climb for the timed segment of the race. Emanuel took the fastest time at 35 secs, but coco came out on top in the NB category with 35.2! tracey not only crushed the WTF field but 29 other racers, coming in 7th overall gaining an extra point for placing in top 10. jimbo and Dane went head to head in quick lock, with Jimbo taking the win. Dane took the point as he was the last Borolympics racer standing. We decided to throw foot down into the mix to award some more points, Edgar took the win, toni was awarded the point for the event for being the last Borolympics racer. nemo was awarded a point for visiting one of our sponsors monkeybike, just before the race.
