🛀 It’s heating up outside, and what better way to cool off than with a bikewash AND goldsprints!!
💪 We’re raising general funds for BMA community efforts; emergency relief funds, community cargo bike, and production of more merchandise.
🫧Thanks to East River Bar for hosting, we’ll be washing bikes on Saturday, August 1st, for $10, ($20 for detailed cleaning and shining ✨💫), and goldsprints at $10 for entry bracket that’ll go on thru the evening, with prizes awarded for our hardest sprinters. The BMA membership can get you half off of both. We’ll have some BMA merch for sale as well, and a few friends with vendor tables of their own, TBA.
🧼 Washing begins at 2pm. 🚴Sprints at 4pm. We’ll probably have quicklock 🔐 and footdown 🦿 in between for intermission. You can signup in advance via Google forms in our links, but you must be present to be validated. Be advised! @eastriverbar is located 97 South 6th Street in Brooklyn.
