The NYCBMA MEETS WHEN WE CAN, manifesting many different ideas from many different individuals to Ensure wholesome competition and connection within our community. From citywide timed scavenger hunts, to goldsprints in bikeshops, bake sales, bbqs, mini-criteriums, bikewashes, charity fundraisers for individuals, disadvantaged groups, and even nyc domestic pets - we’re here to be of service!

  • This tier offers maximum brand exposure across several domains:

    Physical:

    • Prominent featuring of sponsor logo on team uniform and consumer merchandise (e.g., cycling jerseys, t-shirts, patches, stickers, etc.). Logo rendered in color, where possible, with optimal resolution and visibility. Placement chosen for prominence in photos and video. Logo featured on banners and other publicly visible, location-based materials at event site.

    • Vendor space available upon request.

    Social Media:

    • Sponsor brand assets and messaging promoted on social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Tik-Tok, Facebook, etc).

    • Frequency of posts (e.g., IG stories) - actively promoting product or service - biweekly, for up to twelve (12) months .

    Multimedia:

    • Professionally produced event video and photography to include sponsor logo. Event videos primarily delivered over Youtube

    Miscellaneous promotion:

    • Sponsor thanked with brand message delivered at event (during opening and closing speeches and ceremonies). Event website references sponsor website and prominently displays brand logo.

  • This tier offers substantial brand exposure cross several domains:

    Physical:

    • Featuring of sponsor logo onteam uniform and consumer merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, patches, stickers, etc.) Logo featuredon banners and other publicly visible, location-based materials at event site.

    • Vendor space available upon request.

    Social Media:

    • Sponsor brand assets and messaging promoted on social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Tik-Tok, Facebook, etc.) Frequency of posts (e.g., IG stories) - Passively promoting product or service(s) - once a week, up to six (6) months.
