a sort of spiritual successor to track or die’s summer alleycat, spicycat is a fixed gear only alleycat, with this edition reflecting coco’s early messenger days at american apparel (manifest depicted below), having to travel to over 20 stores between manhattan and brooklyn. top 10 from each category were qualified for a second manifest. two different first manifests (“a” and “b) were given out at the beginning, to discourage people from following one another. eighteen registered, three femme, five out-of-towners.
