On the coldest day in years with 24 mph winds ripping through the riders, the 2nd Winter Borolympics race 10,000 SPIRES went on grooving!
Thanks to everybody who made it out in the blistering cold to support Manhattan, and the nycbma
A huge thanks to enoch’s for having us from start to finish, warming us up with coffee and two crows for the always delicious cookies.
From the Start of the race at Moynihan Hall, eighteen (18) racers dashed across Manhattan into subway stations in the LES, to the graffiti mecca of Manhattanville, old club locations like Tunnel and Limelight collecting flyer tabs kept them grooving and riding for a timed tunnel dash through 1st Ave and finishing at Enoch's!
The weather ripped you guys apart but it stopped no one, A huge shout out to the checkpoint workers that held it down and thanks to our sponsors and sick photos jerry & Bennett.
